2950 JUTLAND ROAD

2950 Jutland is a mixed commercial and residential building situated on the picturesque Gorge waterfront. The project is part of the Selkirk Waterfront Neighbourhood completed by Jawl Developments. The landscape at 2950 Jutland consists of a traditional urban commercial frontage facing the street, with pavers, street trees, and planters. 

 

The waterfront side of the building includes several unique rainwater management features and naturalized plantings, including a series of rainwater cisterns that collect water from the roof and power a rain fountain. All the stormwater from the site is managed in rain gardens along the waterfront that double as a vegetated screen between residential patios and the public waterfront walkway.
