Esquimalt Town Square is a mixed residential, commercial and municipal development that will serve an identifiable and welcoming civic hub for the community.  It will be a high-density development with boutique commercial spaces and a new library surrounding a public town square.  Multi-storey residential buildings will fit over the ground floor commercial space.  Two large, iconic Garry Oak trees beside City Hall will be retained forming a focal point in the town square, and an art walk will be constructed through the centre of the site.  Esquimalt Town Square is expected to be completed late 2018 or 2019.
