Esquimalt Town Square is a mixed residential, commercial and municipal development that is an identifiable and welcoming civic hub for the community. It is a high-density development with boutique commercial spaces and a new library surrounding a public town square. Multi-storey residential buildings fit over the ground floor commercial space. Two large, iconic Garry Oak trees beside City Hall were retained forming a focal point in the town square, and an art walk was constructed through the centre of the site.
