The Crescent Road Rain Garden in Qualicum Beach was designed in partnership with the Town of Qualicum Beach and Koers Engineering. The position of this large rain garden takes advantage of bulges along Memorial Avenue created as part of an intersection realignment to address traffic safety issues. Drainage from adjacent roadways is directed into the rain garden to clean and slow down stormwater flows, while also serving as an aesthetic lift to one of the main gateways of Qualicum Beach.
