The Nigel Valley, located in Saanich near city hall, is a neighbourhood entirely dedicated to various social housing and supportive care facilities. The proposed Nigel Valley Master Plan was initiated by several not-for-profit societies and BC Housing, all of whom own properties in the valley and wish to upgrade old buildings and increase services in this prime urban location. MDI partnered with D’Ambrosio Architecture and Urbanism to develop the master plan for Nigel Valley.
